We all strive for the perfect safety record, but accidents do happen.  Any employee injured in the course of employment is expected to report the accident to UNE Security immediately, not matter how minor or major the accident or injury is perceived to be.  Please return a completed Accident Report to Security 和 人力资源 within 24 hours. Accident Reports are expected in every incident because they are evaluated 和 create the basis for corrective actions to be taken.  To report a work-related injury or illness, please login to 人Admin (一个.peopleadmin.com/hr) 和 complete the electronic Accident Report Form. Alternatively, you may download 和 complete a physical 意外报告表格(PDF).
